Wikileaks

Files 51 through 56. Leaked private emails from the Podesta archive, published by WikiLeaks. They are not declassified government papers. An email shows what was written. It does not prove the claim inside it.

Beings From a Neighboring Universe

WikiLeaks. Not a declassified government paper. Archive email 1802, August 18 2015, sent from Terri Mansfield’s account to John Podesta and signed Edgar Mitchell. The record is a leaked private email published by WikiLeaks.

The message asks for a Skype discussion and claims peaceful extraterrestrial intelligences, called ETI, are helping bring zero point energy to Earth. Mitchell ties that help to a rejection of military violence, mentions Carol Rosin, and efforts to keep weapons out of space. The archive lists a space treaty and talking points as attachments. Those attachments were not reviewed here.

Selected line: “our nonviolent ETI from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth.”

What the email establishes is that these ideas were sent. It contains no energy experiment, no contact protocol, and no reply from Podesta. An allegation in a leaked email is evidence that the allegation was written, not proof of the beings or the energy.

Celestials and Spiritual Intelligences

WikiLeaks. Not a declassified government paper. Archive email 32833, March 5 2015, sent from Terri Mansfield’s account to John Podesta and signed Edgar Mitchell.

The message says its information comes from Quantrek’s science intuitive. It splits beings inside this universe, called celestials, from peaceful intelligences outside it. Celestials are ranked above departed spirits and are said to reflect earthly violence. The beings outside the universe are described as having moved past violence. The sender asks for meeting dates.

Selected line: “All true ETI do not inhabit this universe.”

This is a metaphysical sorting, not an aerospace report. The email gives no way to test which category a being would belong to, and no instrument or measurement. The hierarchy is the sender’s claim. The archive shows the claim was mailed.

The Phoenix Lights and An Invitation

WikiLeaks. Not a declassified government paper. This passage is in the same March 5 2015 meeting request as File 52, archive email 32833, signed Edgar Mitchell.

The message reads the Phoenix Lights as a peaceful visitation waiting to be asked for help. It says the visitors could be destructive through consciousness, and it names Terri Mansfield as a witness.

Selected line: “waiting to be asked to help.”

The email is not a witness interview, a recording, or a reconstruction of flight paths. Lights in the sky are not identified by a later explanation of their intentions. This file does not solve the Phoenix Lights. It records one interpretation sent to Podesta.

Delonge and the Roswell Laboratory Claim

WikiLeaks. Not a declassified government paper. Archive email 3099, January 25 2016, Tom DeLonge to John Podesta. Subject: General McCasland.

DeLonge writes that he had worked with General McCasland for four months and had just given a four-hour presentation. He rejects the idea that McCasland is a skeptic. He alleges that Roswell material was shipped to a Wright Patterson laboratory and ties that laboratory to McCasland’s later leadership.

Selected line: “he helped assemble my advisory team.”

The archive shows DeLonge’s account. It does not show a reply from McCasland, a laboratory inventory, a recovery report, or a chain of custody. Advising a project is not the same as agreeing that wreckage was moved. The email is a lead, not a proof.

A Disclosure Request and a Scheduling Reply

WikiLeaks. Not a declassified government paper. Archive email 15052, June and July 2014. Rebecca Hardcastle Wright and Eryn Sepp correspond about a request attributed to Edgar Mitchell.

The chain has a June 25 request to discuss disclosure with John Podesta and President Obama, a July 18 note from assistant Eryn Sepp about August availability, and a July 29 proposal that Hardcastle Wright attend while Mitchell joined by Skype.

Selected line: “John would likely take this meeting alone first before involving the President.”

A scheduling reply is real correspondence. It is not a briefing, not minutes, and not a presidential answer. The wording is conditional. This file supports only that an assistant looked at the calendar. It does not show that Obama was briefed on confirmed extraterrestrial contact.

The Claim That Ufo Knowledge Was Withheld

WikiLeaks. Not a declassified government paper. This allegation is inside Mitchell’s request in the same June and July 2014 chain, archive email 15052.

The request says Battelle, Brookings, and RAND studies on UFOs persuaded the government, decades earlier, to withhold knowledge of an extraterrestrial presence. Mitchell argues that disclosure policy should change, and he connects disclosure to energy and space exploration.

Selected line: “Battelle, Brookings and RAND studies on UFOs.”

The email names no study title, no page, and no directive that adopted a recommendation. A report about how the public might react to contact is not evidence that contact had already happened. Four archive emails sit under these six files. Two of those emails carry more than one topic, so the overlap is not separate corroboration.
