The Universe

Races & Civilizations

Lyrans and Pleiadians. Blue Avians and Time Masters.

Lyrans

Lion-blooded first people of the old sky.

The Lyrans remember a home that was taken and a vow that was not. Their sigil is the lion, their gift is resonance, their wound is exile. Billy carries a diluted chord of that music — enough to be hunted, not yet enough to be whole.

Pleiadians

Pleiadians

They found him where the hour broke. Allies, not conquerors.

Luriel is the face the saga keeps for her people. The Pleiadians do not arrive to take a world. In Book One they find Billy where time broke, and they do not see a weapon. They see a thread that still holds. In Book Four she stands the ridge and points at the neighbor sky. In Book Five she gives him a living scout and the leave to quit Earth. Other houses have other names for her people. The books keep this one.

Civilizations

Houses

Not one bloodline. A peace, a clock, and a perfect world that insists it is the only one.

Blue Avians

Blue Avians

Ancient power. Infinite worlds. A peace with teeth.

Tall, still, and difficult to lie to. The Blue Avians keep the long memory of the galaxy and offer treaties the way other peoples offer swords. They are not angels. They are a civilization that survived by refusing the Fourth Shadow's bargain.

Time Masters

Time Masters

Not a species of the war. A species of the clock.

Time Masters do not travel the Thread. They tend the hours the Thread folds. Their skin holds a night sky. Their veins are maps. The gold at the brow is not a crown — it is a seal against forgetting which hour is real. They appear in The Era Before Time and at the rim of The Time Blanket, where invention meets the older law: you may move through a clock. You may not own it. In Book Seven they break an eleven-year silence and hand Billy Thinx a coordinate in the Triangulum dark — the first trace of the Source Projection that did not vanish when they looked at it directly. Jerod and Navi are two shapes of one presence.

Seen in motion

The old sky still moves

Tap a plate. The Blue Avians keep the pitch.

Blue Avians

The core that does not shout

A living lattice. A peace with teeth. The Blue Avians tune — they do not argue.
